Eskandar took a while to decide and then moved all-in for his last 1.965 million, prompting a fold from the third player. Jarvis called with Ah-As but luck favored Eskandar who came up with red nines.

The British Columbia Poker Championship –
A huge milestone in the journey of Matthew’s poker career the British Columbia Poker Championship was where the world learnt of Matthew. Matthew won more than $20,000 here and also earned himself a place in the final of the tournament. While there is no denying the fact that the runner ups prize is also worth a lot, it is true that Matthew is aiming at the lead winners position and not ready to settle for less.
